The original comedy is by Akane Shimizu, the CODE BLACK manga written by Shigemitsu Harada, illustrated by Issei Hatsuyoshi and Kodansha Comics publishes the English language version.
Aniplex of America is getting the series, by the looks of things, but the first broadcast in Japan is confirmed for January 2021.
