There are a few days left on Raven & Wren’s remarkable book nook Kickstarter project. What’s a book nook? It’s a work of art that snuggles between the pages of your well-stocked shelves. It’s a cubbyhole that lives in the space between your fiction.
The Everwood Ruins needed $8,000 to find a new home and over 250 backers later there is now nearly $50,000 pledged. You can see progress over at the campaign page.
If you’re quick and lucky, you might be able to get an Everwood Ruins book nook at a limited Kickstarter price of $225. They’ve all but sold out.
Otherwise, the book nook will set you back $245 (about £185), and as these are not churning off a production line anywhere, you’ll have to wait until June 2021 to get it.
Yes, you can actually get the parts for the book nook cheaper via the Kickstarter, but the warning is straightforward; you have to be great at a whole load of crafts just to assemble one of these little delights.
The detail is incredible. Lily pads are floating on resin water. The lights flicker. Creatures are hinted at, lurking just out of sight.
