Paizo Publishing are planning to bring out Pathfinder Secrets of Magic in July 21st.
The supplement will add new spells, magic items and information about how magic works along with special types of magic. There are also two new classes, and it’s these two classes the publisher has opened for playtesting.

New Pathfinder classes
- The magus is a warrior-mage, with fewer but just as high spell slots as a wizard.
- The summoner has a connection to an entity known as an eidolon which works with the magic-user.
Helping with the playtest
It isn’t enough just to help yourself to the rules. Paizo needs feedback on whether the magus and summoner are balanced. Please use this survey to give the publisher structured feedback on your experiences with the class. The form will remain open as long as the playtest is running.
There’s also a Secrets of Magic subforum in Paizo’s busy community section in which you can discuss your thoughts or ask questions about the new two Pathfinder classes.
