You can and sell it on without getting permission or offering up any of your money to the MORK BORG team thanks to the new license.
You’re not allowed to use any of the logos of the companies involved such as Ockult Örtmästare Games, Stockholm Kartell and Fria Ligan AB, but you can use the compatibility logo. In fact, it would be nice if you did.
Except for the Prophecy, you cannot reuse the art of text from the book, but you can use the system mechanics. Lastly, you can’t pretend your work is an official book.
There’s already examples of the license being used. Over at Itch.io you can name your own price for Carousing In the Dying World from Greyson WHY. Greyson and Itch.io will keep whatever you decide to offer up in payment as the third party license does not require a cut of the cash.
