Last year, Shades of Vengeance Kickstartered Era: Forbidden an RPG about warring devils and angels invading our world with magic.
The game was funded, but only as a pocketbook RPG and it’s been so well received that Shades now want to do a full-sized edition. It looks like the Kickstarter community agrees too as there are 22 days left on the clock, at the time of writing, and just over £100 left to go. You can follow the progress on the campaign page.

The new core book will be about 250 pages long, complete with colour illustrations and contain a history of the apocalypse-level conflict, factions within the sides, essential NPCs, 40 Remnants to shape your character and a bestiary of angels, demons and humans.
In Era: Forbidden individual humans can join the fight by getting hold of, and picking up, one of the weapons used by the angels and demons. Not only does this give the fighters the means to harm the rival forces, but it starts to transform them into something else – something forbidden.
A pledge of £20 will get you a PDF copy of the book and your name in the credits.
Step up to £35, and you’ll add in the paperback edition. The hardback unlocks at £45.
