Cubicle 7 has announced Hell Rides to Hallt for Warhammer Fantasy Role Play.
As with Soulbound’s Fateful Night, the Warhammer publisher has said that Hell Rides to Hallt will be available for Halloween and will fit into a single night of tabletop play.
The scenario is appropriate for 3 to 5 players, on their first or second Careers and has been written by Chris Handley and David Whitworth.
Only the damned and damnable fools ride out on Hexensnacht, as the turning of the year wakes the very dead, calling them up from unmarked graves and unhallowed resting places. The priests of Morr alone are safe, their lonely vigil a solitary ward against the restless dead. So which are you to set out so close to Hexensnacht: fool, damned soul, or lonesome priest? Rumour spreads throughout the land that a headless rider is claiming grim trophies, if it is indeed merely a rumour.
The drama digs into vengeance and justice, scratching at old stories and even older beliefs. The adventure set close to Hexensnacht, the Witching Night in more modern terms, the day before the New Year.
This particular night is scared to Morr and is a time when only Morr’s priests will leave their homes, to conduct rituals in graveyards. If so, then why is the sound of heavy galloping hooves drawing close?
