    This book was not what I expected - but in a good way. The food in the book is really excellent, but I really appreciated the emphasis on pleasing everyone in the room. These days, people really do have a variety of food limitations, and I love that this book was looking out for people like me who can't eat gluten, and like my friends who can't eat sugar, and other friends who won't eat meat or only eat paleo.
